Jonathan Derovan began his career as a graphic artist, photographer and editor for a Los Angeles-based photography magazine. He then embarked on a career in filmmaking.

Originally from Southern California, Jon learned the building business from his father and in 2002, he put his design and building knowledge to work. Working with a diverse list of clients, including schools and private home-owners, he created new structures and spaces, from the early planning phases through final construction.

As a design-building professional, Jon blends the knowledge he gained as a young man while working with carpenters and tradespeople in the building business. He combines this with his long career as a producer in film, TV and commercials. Using his background in art and design, he works directly with his clients to create living and working spaces that are unique, functional and beautiful.
